Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item. This will help us assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To ensure you get the right product, the fastest option is to return the item you have, and once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
